Nike ReactX foam in the midsole adds extra cushioning, while the engineered mesh upper uses tighter woven fabric in high-wear areas and open holes for breathable comfort. Flywire technology works with the laces to help secure the midfoot. Underfoot, less rubber than the previous version supports a smoother road-to-trail transition, while the full-length ReactX midsole is preserved for consistent comfort. A generative traction pattern with forefoot rubber adds grip on technical trails, and extra outsole wrap at the front helps improve durability.
